Djordje Odanovic

Born in 1956 in Belgrade. Graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Department of Graphics, Department of Photography. Member of ULUPUDS / Association of Applied Artists Serbia / and ULUS / Association of Fine Artists Serbia / Since 1989, he has been working as a photographer at the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade. Since 1998, he has been an assistant professor at the Department of Photography at the Academy of Arts, Novi Sad. 2002. He received his master's degree at the Faculty of Applied Arts 2009, 2010, 2011, Visiting professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade. 2010. Artistic Director of the ARTGET Gallery (photography), Cultural Center, Belgrade 2011. As a full professor at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad He has been exhibiting solo since 1988. He has organized 37 solo exhibitions in Serbia, former Yugoslavia and abroad. He has exhibited in Greece, Bulgaria, France, England, Peru, Belgium, Slovakia, Germany and Croatia. He has had over 100 group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad. He has received 11 awards.
